Dayle Eskridge is fast becoming one of the regions premier "Scruggs" style banjo players. An emotional vocalist, he is also an extremely polished M.C. A professional in every sense of the word, Dayle says, "I grew up in Lebanon Junction, KY,. the son of a saw miller and raised on beans, cornbread and bluegrass music. My dad was a huge Flatt & Scruggs fan and he liked Hank Williams an awful lot - so I grew up listening to bluegrass and traditional country music". When asked where he learned the "clawhammer style" of banjo and the "finger style" guitar he responds jokingly "if your from KY., thems two of the requirements!". Before starting Changing Times, Dayle was a member of the Bluegrass Rebels, which won a World Bluegrass Championship in 1983. In 1984 he was one of the youngest ever to be inducted into the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. Dayle was nominated for the 1998 SPBGMA Midwest Banjo Player of the Year, and the 2000 Entertainer of the Year!

Chris is one of the best guitarists that the band has ever had. He is very fluent in the "Rice" style of playing and uses that with his background in acoustic jazz to play and write some of the "hottest" and most intricate solos and tunes one could imagine. Chris is definitely one of those musicians and singers who only come's around once in a great while! The S.P.B.G.M.A. Midwest also nominated Chris for 2000 Bluegrass Guitar Player of the Year!

Evan is very adept at many different styles ranging from mountain style to jazz! He is one of the few musicians who has really done his homework! Before joining Changing Times, Evan played with Kentucky Heritage and even studied classical music. He lives in Brookville, OH.
Chuck Sharp adds his own special blend of talents and timing on the up-rite bass. A veteran of bluegrass, blues and jazz music, he's the bands latest bass player and has proved to be one of its best! Chuck also holds the distinction of being one of the few "pool side" players and has been ran out of some of Florida's finest motel pools! Chris is from Elizabethtown, KY and now resides in Louisville!
The "Unknown Mandolinist" is a very energetic mandolin player, talented songwriter and fantastic lead singer. His musicianship is truly displayed whenever he "blasts off" on any number of mandolin tunes and his lead vocals will make any Bluegrass fan sit up and take notice. Now if you know where we might find him please let us know!
