A Customer Must Meet One of the Following Criteria:

1.) Run more than 40 times a year
2.) Run more than 20,000 inserts in one week
3.) We do the insert printing

Prices apply to circulars up to 2.5 ounces; additional weight will require special pricing

Additional Charges (preparation)
1. Remove postage permit - .5¢
2. Folding - 2.5¢ each
3. Long distance to pick-up - special pricing required
4. Insert one circular into another - 3¢
5. Late Charge - (.5¢ charge after deadline)

Deadlines
Late charges will be applied after 5:00p.m.
Journal & Chronicle - Thursday 5:00 p.m.
All other papers - Friday 5:00 p.m.

WCE - Monday 12:00 p.m.; Banner, Giveaway,
Leader - Monday 5:00p.m.; Journal - Friday 9:00a.m.
