She was the former Marjorie Parker, a retired employee of the old Wenning Meat Packing Co. in Central Barren and a member of Central Barren United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sons, David Diedrich of New Albany and James Diedrich of Corydon; two daughters, Janet Radcliff of Hardinsburg and Sue Uhl of Palmyra; a sister, Juanita Martin of Palmyra; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services were conducted Friday, May 14, at her church with burial in Palmyra Cemetery.

He was a native of Louisville, a retired administrator for the New Albany-Floyd County School Corp. and a member of Indiana Association of Area Vocational Districts Inc., Indiana Association for Adult and Continuing Education and Edwardsville United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, the former Pat Royster; a son, Stephen T. Paul; a daughter, Dana J. Paul; a daughter, Dana J. Paul; and brothers Claude G. II and Robert E. Paul.

He was a native of Elizabeth; a retired employee of American Standard in Louisville, where he worked over 40 years, an Army veteran of World War II, past commander of American Legion Post in Elizabeth, and a member of Machinists Local 681, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2950 and New Salisbury Full Gospel Church.
Survivors include his wife, the former Anita Jean Hoskins; four sons, Gary M., Anthony D., Mark G. and Robert J. Ferree; two daughters, Rebecca S. Trammell and Melinda R. Harmon; four brothers, James, Larry, John, Thomas and Clyde Ferree; 22 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He was a native of Louisville, Ky., a retired Colonel of the US Army, former employee of Celanese Pipe in Louisville, Ky., past commander of Falls of Rough VFW Post, a graduate of the University of Louisville, and a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.

Originally from Leadwood, Mo., she was a member of Henryville Church of God and was a retired nurse for Scottsburg Nursing Home. She was also a former member of the Scott County Saddle Club.
Survivors include two sons, Charles Looney of Henryville and Robert Looney of Scottsburg; six daughters, Linda Browder, Debbie J. Kleehammer and Staci Looney, all of Underwood, Janet Looney of Scottsburg, Gloria Leach of Jeffersonville and Paula Dreyer of Sellersburg; a sister, Scbeulah Hoppes of Jeffersonville; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The funeral was conducted on Sunday afternoon, May 9, at R.D. Pyke Funeral Home in Henryville. Bro. Leon Armstrong officiated.

The funeral for JAMES ANDREW MURPHY SR, 54, Scottsburg, was held on Tuesday, May 11, at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown. He died Saturday, May 8, of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound at his home.
