Limitations

Any advertisement accepted by any Green Banner Publications employee or any agent of Green Banner Publications is subject to final approval by the publisher. Green Banner Publications reserves the right to refund in full any money paid for an advertisement and to not run a said advertisement.

Credit Policy

All services or products purchased are done so with the expectation of payment by the 15th of the following month. Any deviation from this can lead to the suspension of credit and/or the unavailability of further service or products. To establish credit we ask that your first two purchases be paid for in advance and three credit references be provided by those seeking credit. References should not include utilities or banks please. All bills not paid by the end of the month will be subject to a 1 1/2% service charge per month for each delinquent month.

Display Advertising Discounts

Green Banner Publications offers two discounts to our customers. The first is a prompt payment lineage discount. This discount is computed, based upon how many inches you run in any one of our publications each month. Each paper is computed separately, it is possible to have different lineage discounts in different publications if you do not run the same lineage in each publication. The table below shows the percentage of discount for the different volumes of lineage. The second discount is a combination discount. If you run the same ad, with no changes, in a second publication you get 50 cents per inch off to the second, third, fourth, and fifth publication that you advertise in. These ads must run the same week to receive this discount. The table below will show you what your discount will be for combination insertions. All discounts can be taken advantage of only if you pay your bill on time. Your bill will need to be paid by the 15th of the month to receive your discounts.
